Carrier & Leash Policy
To ensure that each patient and their owners have a safe and pleasant visit, we require that all cats arrive in a pet carrier and that all dogs be on a leash when entering the hospital and in the waiting area. If your pet stresses easily, please notify our staff so that you may be escorted into an exam room immediately. Payment Policy Payment is due at the time services are rendered and before pet is discharged. In order to focus on our patients’ care, customer service, and quality of medicine, we do not offer payment plans or billing. We accept all major credit cards, personal checks, cash and Care Credit. |
Grooming Requirements
If your pet is scheduled for a grooming appointment with Jennifer, please drop off your pet between 8:00 – 9:30 am. We require that grooming pets are current on their core vaccines as well. |
